Benefits

Yoga is clinically proven to relieve stress, help process trauma, promote overall sense of well being and provide somatic relief. In the meditation room, I offer yoga as part of session to help get in your body, connect with your internal energy and process what’s stuck or wanting to be moved through. Yoga Nidra, yin yoga or even few intentional yogic sequences can be a wonderful way to bring in the body, connecting with strength, grounding, or healing and practicing poses you can take outside of session to deepen your personal work.
