Hi! I'm Delia and I'm honored you're here.

Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sound Healer, Registered Yoga Teacher & Breathwork Facilitator & Wholehearted Human

You might be feeling stuck—second-guessing yourself, craving more confidence, or seeking deeper connection, yet unsure how to get there. I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help you navigate the noise so you can move toward what you want without compromising your values.

In therapy, we’ll explore embodiment practices, tools for awareness, and the mind-body connection to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll strengthen your relationship with yourself—cultivating joy, authenticity, and a sense of grounded empowerment.

As a first-generation Romanian-American therapist, I value culturally sensitive therapy that honors your full identity and lived experience. My approach is integrative, weaving together mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and somatic modalities such as sound healing, yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I also specialize in trauma recovery, narcissistic abuse healing, inner child work, and shadow integration. I wholeheartedly believe that our mind-body connection is the key to what goes beyond our intelligence: our intuitive wisdom, our instinctual knowing and our deeper authentic and unique paths to making meaning and thriving.

You deserve a safe, inclusive space to be seen, supported, and understood. The part of you that brought you here is already resilient and hopeful—ready to reclaim balance, confidence, and authenticity aligned with your truest self. I'd be honored to explore what you want more of, what you're integrating to get there and what you'd like to look forward to using integrative and mindfulness based, person-centered approaches tailored to your needs and long term intentions.
