Embodied Breathwork Journeys

Breath is a language—one that speaks directly to the nervous system, bypassing the mind and inviting the body into remembrance.

My embodied breathwork offerings are rooted in nervous system science, trauma-informed practice, and deep somatic listening. Inspired by my training with Fern Olivia and my studies as a yoga teacher and student, this work weaves together breath, sound healing, and poetic guidance to help you reconnect with your inner healer, release stored emotion, and find safety in your own body again.

 Clinically-Informed, Soulfully Guided

As a licensed therapist and yoga teacher, I hold each breathwork session with clinical care and intuitive depth. Sessions are guided with attention to polyvagal theory, emotional regulation, and somatic integration, while remaining open to the mystery, creativity, and catharsis that breath can bring.

Each session may include:

  • Connected breath patterns to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing

  • Vocal toning and somatic sound to stimulate the vagus nerve and activate the parasympathetic system

  • Live sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and ocean drum

  • Poetic reflection or intuitive spoken word drawn from the themes, phrases, or mantras that arise organically in our work

  • Movement or stillness as the body calls for release or restoration

Music—whether live instruments or curated soundscapes—becomes an ally, helping the inner ear and body to harmonize. Through deep breath, sound frequency, and presence, the pineal gland is gently activated, releasing and creating a safe, altered state of consciousness—a portal to healing from within.

Who Is This For?

These journeys are for anyone who:

  • Feels disconnected from their body or voice

  • Holds trauma or emotional overwhelm that hasn’t responded to talk therapy alone

  • Seeks a safe, sacred space to access deeper emotional layers

  • Is open to non-verbal, intuitive, and embodied healing practices

  • Craves ceremony, music, and poetic reflection in their healing work

No prior experience with breathwork is required. Your body leads. Your breath knows.

 Session Format

  • Private Sessions (in-person or virtual): 75–90 minutes

  • Option to integrate with therapy, sound healing, or yoga for deeper support

Each session includes time for grounding, breath, and post-journey integration.

Every experience is curated with care for your energy, readiness, and comfort.
